This work begins with a shift in plane. Instead of light reflecting off a surface, these images are made as light passes over the silver gelatin.
Words are present as they form, but they do not settle, water bends and disperses the light. Structure breaks down and is pulled out of alignment.
The image holds that passage, where language moves between legibility and loss.
